Eurotrip Preview!

As many of you know by now, I am about to go on holiday and am heading back to one of my favorite travel destinations-Europe! I will be leaving on Monday, July 25th and returning on Wednesday, August 10th. During this trip I will be visiting (or hoping to visit) the following places:

• Germany
• Sweden
• Denmark
• Netherlands

As usual, I will be visiting a number of friends in these countries, and am REALLY excited this time abroad as I haven't seen some of my friends there in over 20 years! I am really looking forward to the trip, and of course will be posting entries to share my adventures through stories, pictures, videos, and any other ways that technology will allow this! I haven't worked it out yet, but one day I am planning on having a live video podcast online for my friends to watch and enjoy!

The other twist with this particular trip is a new one for me, and quite exciting (or nerve racking, haven't figured out the difference yet). Other than visiting my friends, I have NO plans or arrangements while there. No trains booked. No hotels reserved. No agenda slated. I will be playing this trip by ear, and will travel when I am ready, and will meet whoever I will meet! I have heard this is one of the best ways to really enjoy traveling, I will find out if this is true!
